When will the discount be applied?
We ask you to tell us in advance what systems you're planning to install and how much you expect this to cost. Once we receive confirmation that the work has been undertaken, we'll apply the 1% discount to the part of the mortgage that has been used to fund the work.
The discounts are deducted from our Standard Variable Rate (currently 4.90% - the overall cost for comparison is 5.0% APR).
