Opening Hours During The Holidays

We are recognising that 2021 has been another year of disruption, through which our colleagues have continued to provide exceptional service to our members. To acknowledge this, we will be closing our office on Christmas Eve so that the team can take a well-deserved break.

We will be closed for the following days over the Christmas and New Year period:

  • Friday 24 December
  • Monday 27 December
  • Tuesday 28 December
  • Monday 3 January


For members with savings accounts, please note the following cut-off times for online service requests and receipt of funds:

Bank transfers in

Bank transfers sent to savings accounts are received by the Society the following business day. These funds are received into our Co-operative Bank account prior to being credited to your savings account. Payments made into the Society’s bank account on Thursday 23 December and Friday 24 December will be processed on Wednesday 29 December and will be backdated to the 23 and 24 December respectively.


To guarantee funds are in your bank account by close of business on Friday 24 December, your request must be received by 4 pm on Thursday 23 December. Any requests received after this time, will not be processed until Wednesday 29 December.

Requests for withdrawals by cheque

Cheque withdrawal requests received after 2.30 pm on Thursday 23 December will be processed on Wednesday 29 December.
