If you manage your account online you can send us a secure message, from the left side of your home page. Just click on ‘Messages’ and then ‘Compose’. Please include the full details of your address including your postcode. If you’ve changed telephone number as well, you can include this here too.

If you don’t manage your account online, please complete and sign the complete the Change of Details form and send it to:

Simply complete and sign the Change of Details form and send it to the address below. Please include a certified copy of the official document confirming your name change (e.g. marriage certificate; deed poll etc).

If you manage your account online, just click on your name in the left bar, and then the ‘contact details’ tab. You can then select ‘update my contact details’  and remove the existing details with your new ones.

How can I add/change my nominated bank account details?

How can I add/change my nominated bank account details?

If you manage your account online, simply click ‘Your Bank Account’ from the left menu on your homepage. Then complete the details of the bank account you want to register. You can also change your nominated bank account details here too. Simply delete the existing details and then add your new ones*. 

You can only register one account, which should be in your name or the name of your joint account holder, if there is one. The account must also be a UK bank or building society. Unfortunately, some new entrants to the banking market, such as Revolut, aren’t UK listed and can’t be registered as your nominated account. 

Please allow up to two working days for your details to be registered. We’ll contact you if we need more information to do this.

*Please note: you’ll not be able to change your existing nominated bank account details if you have a pending withdrawal or transfer request.
