Donna Francioni

Donna has over 25 years’ experience in financial services, most recently as Chief Risk Officer for a UK Digital Challenger Bank.

During her career Donna has held senior roles in HSBC, Coutts, Morgan Stanley and UBS. She has also previously held a board position for a property development in Birmingham, responsible for the governance and oversight of the management company.

Donna lives in London and enjoys Pilates, strength training, and reading. She and her husband share a passion for travel, particularly to wine regions around the world.

Donna was elected as a Non-Executive Director at the AGM in April 2026.
