- Traditional constructions - such as straw bale, thatch, rammed earth, wattle & daub etc.

- Owner-occupiers - individuals who own and live in the property, including those who are retired
- Landlords - individuals who own the property but let it out to private tenants
- Housing Co-operatives and Co-housing ventures
- Housing Associations
- Companies and individuals - for commercial ventures
We won't lend for...
- Riding stables
- Intensive farming practices
- Holiday or second homes - however, we do sometimes consider projects that promote responsible travel and tourism
