Existing customers: once you’re registered for the Online Service, download the app and log in using your username (your email address) and password. You’ll also be asked to set up a pin for quicker access to the App. If you do not log out of the app when you have finished using it, and don’t have biometrics (fingerprint or face ID) enabled, you will use this pin to reopen it.       

New customers – download the Ecology App from the App Store or Google Play and follow the on-screen instructions to open a new Ecology savings account.
