How do I change my linked bank account with you?

To change your linked bank account on the Ecology App

Log in and select the person icon in the top left-hand corner of the screen.
Scroll down to your linked bank account.
Select Edit
Enter your new linked bank account details.
You’ll be asked to enter this followed by your PIN number (if biometrics are enabled you won’t need to enter your PIN)

Your linked bank account will then be changed.

You’ll receive an email and a text to confirm your linked bank account has been changed.

Please note you can only change your linked bank account every six months. If you need to do it again within six months, please contact us to do this. You can contact us directly through the app.

To change your linked bank account on the Online Service

Log in to the Online Service
Click on Profile in the top right
Scroll down and click ‘linked bank account’
Enter your new linked bank account details.
Click ‘Save’

To change your linked bank account details by email or post

Complete the Change of Details form and email it to: [email protected]

Or post it to: Member Services, Ecology Building Society, Ellis House, 7 Belton Road, Silsden, West Yorkshire BD20 0EE
