To change your phone number on the Ecology App
- Log in and select the person icon in the top left-hand corner of the screen.
- Scroll down to Phone
- Select Edit
- Enter your new phone number
- You will be sent a verification code to verify your new number. You’ll be asked to enter this followed by your PIN number (if biometrics are enabled you won’t need to enter your PIN)
You’ll receive an email and a text to confirm your address has been changed.
To change your phone number on the Online Service
- Log in to the Online Service
- Click on Profile in the top right
- Scroll down to where it says Mobile number and click ‘Edit’
- Type in your new mobile number
- Click ‘Save’
To change your phone number by email or post
Complete the Change of Details form and email it to: [email protected]
