Temporary Changes To Our Phone Service Hours
We are currently operating a reduced-hours telephone service, with lines open Monday to Friday (except bank holidays) between 10am and 2pm.
As is the case for many organisations, we are having to make some temporary changes to deal with the challenges of the ongoing coronavirus situation. By reducing our inbound calling hours, we can ensure that we are supporting those members in the most need while protecting our colleagues and adhering to government guidance.
Due to the current situation we’re having to do things a little differently to maintain essential services to members so it may take longer than usual to respond to your enquiries and requests. To enable us to support those in the most vulnerable situations we ask that you only call if your enquiry is urgent and you haven’t been able to find the answer on our website.
