Do I need a warranty on my property?

If the property was built in the last 10 years, the property must have an acceptable build warranty or a Professional Consultant’s Certificate, for any property constructed more than 10 years ago, this is not required.

Your eligible deposits with Ecology Building Society are protected up to a total of £85,000 by the Financial Services Compensation Scheme, the UK's deposit guarantee scheme. Any deposits you hold above the limit are unlikely to be covered.
