How long does it take to withdraw funds from my account?

The time it takes to process a withdrawal depends on when you submit your request:

If you submit your request before 2:30pm, Monday to Friday, it should be processed the same day.
Requests submitted after 2:30pm will be processed on the next working day.
If you submit a request after 2:30pm on a Friday or during the weekend, processing will start the following Monday.

Please note, it can take up to 48 hours for funds to clear into your bank account once the withdrawal has been processed.

Your eligible deposits with Ecology Building Society are protected up to a total of £85,000 by the Financial Services Compensation Scheme, the UK's deposit guarantee scheme. Any deposits you hold above the limit are unlikely to be covered.
