We have a fantastic opportunity for an Ecology Community Branch Manager to drive the success of our Porth Community Banc branch.
As Branch Manager, the successful candidate will take ownership of the branch experience, supporting both Ecology and non-Ecology customers when they visit our new branch in Porth, Wales.
Delivering positive impact in the local community will be central to the role, with a focus on activity that supports branch growth and excellent service in line with Ecology’s mission. The Branch Manager will lead the team, champion a smooth and supportive customer experience, and identify opportunities to add value for both Ecology and non‑Ecology customers. They will also represent Ecology externally, building the branch’s profile within the Porth community while ensuring the branch operates safely, compliantly, and effectively.
