We’re looking for a friendly and proactive Branch Service Specialist to be the welcoming face of our Porth branch. In this role, you’ll support customers with day‑to‑day enquiries, help them understand our products and services, and play an important part in delivering a positive branch experience.
You’ll work closely with the Branch Manager and wider team, contributing to our mission of helping people and communities thrive. This is a key customer‑facing position, supporting both Ecology and non‑Ecology customers who visit the branch.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Providing excellent customer service and ensuring every visitor receives a helpful and positive experience
- Supporting customers with queries around savings, mortgages, and general information
- Assisting with customer reviews, follow‑up calls, and outbound calling when needed
- Helping to maintain a safe, tidy, and welcoming branch environment
- Assisting with administrative tasks, including updating systems accurately
- Supporting community‑focused activities such as local events and information sessions
- Working closely with branch and Head Office colleagues to ensure smooth operations
- Upholding Ecology’s values and behaviours in every interaction
Ensuring compliance with policies and Consumer Duty requirements
