We have a fantastic opportunity for a Credit Risk Manager to join our dynamic team.
As our Credit Risk Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping, maintaining, and strengthening our credit risk framework across our Residential, BTL and Commercial portfolios.
This role is central to ensuring that Ecology continues to lend responsibly, sustainably, and in line with our risk appetite, regulatory expectations, and strategic growth ambitions. You'll be the custodian of our credit risk policies and appetite, leading on insight and assurance activity across the mortgage lifecycle.
