Management Accountant

We're looking for a Management Accountant to join our team.

You'll play a pivotal supporting role to the Financial Controller and Head of Finance, focusing on treasury optimisation, capital and liquidity management, and business partnering to drive strategic change.

This role will contribute to delivering the Society’s financial strategy, supporting ALCO processes, and ensuring robust financial analysis to inform decision-making.

You will combine strong technical accounting skills with commercial insight, acting as a trusted partner to operational teams and senior management. The role requires proactive engagement in strategic projects, transformation initiatives, and sustainability objectives, ensuring finance is embedded as a key enabler of organisational success.
