Marking a significant milestone as we prepare to open our first branch

You’ll have seen the news that we’re opening our first ever branch in Porth, South Wales. This supports our vision of creating a fair society in a sustainable world, by bringing essential financial services and community support back to the high street.

With such an important milestone in mind, we’ll be holding our 2026 Annual General Meeting (AGM) in Porth and wanted to share a few details with you in advance.

When and where will the AGM be held?

Our AGM will take place on Wednesday 22 April from 4pm in Porth, South Wales. Don’t worry if you can’t join us in person, because we’ll also be streaming the event live online so you can take part from wherever you are.

The agenda for the AGM has been shaped by your feedback and will focus on the formal business of your Society, including the election of directors.

We’ll share more information on how to join us, both in person and online, nearer the time.

To help us plan for the event, we’d be grateful if you’d let us know if you’re planning to attend in person or online.

How do I vote?

In March, we’ll let you know if you’re eligible to vote and how you can have your say. There is nothing you need to do right now.
