How can I request an account statement?

If you manage your account online you can send us a secure message, from the left side of your home page. Just click on ‘Messages’ and then ‘Compose’.  Please state which account you need a statement for if you’ve got more than one account with us.

Statements are sent annually in January for most accounts and April for ISAs.
