Changes to The Online Account Service 2019

Users of our online account service can now benefit from some new enhancements to the system. If you have an Eco-60 account, you will now be able to use the online service to request a withdrawal on notice (the withdrawal process for other notice accounts remains unchanged and will need to be made by sending us a completed Withdrawal/Notification Form or a signed letter). The service can now also be used to request to close an account.

This change is reflected in an update to condition 4.10 of our online account service terms and conditions, which are available here. The condition now states that you can use the online service to request closure of your account.

If you are currently an Ecology saver or borrower and are not registered to use the online service, you can do so by visiting the log in page here and selecting ‘Register’.

These enhancements to the online service come as part of an ongoing programme of improvements designed to provide Ecology members with a more efficient and convenient way of managing their accounts. With further developments to our online service planned over the coming months, we’ll be keeping members informed of these via our website and newsletter.
